Here are a few of our most frequently asked questions that may assist you before contacting us.

General Questions

Q: Can I order a pie through your website?

A: Yes and no. Our website accepts pre-orders for large Special Events, Weddings, and Bulk Orders.

All other pre-orders can be placed directly with our shops. Same-day orders are accepted after 12pm, or you can call in advance to place a pre-order. Visit or call the shop you wish to order from to place your order with payment (subject to availability, excludes cream pies & blackout dates). *Phone orders are charged a $2 surcharge due to higher credit card processing fees.

Q: Why do you only accept same-day orders after 12pm? Why can't I call when you open at 10am?

A: For many years, we have allowed same-day orders to start at 10am. We typically have a line when we open at 10am. Customers would call right at open, placing phone orders, and then those phone orders would cause us to go out of stock on specific items within minutes of opening. Meanwhile, people who were physically in the shop (who arrived before who opened to wait in line) wanting to purchase the same item couldn't because it had already gone out of stock. To still provide pre-orders to our customers, we limit same-day orders to starting at 12pm to allow our team to assist the morning line of customers first. That said, we do allow advance pre-orders for our regular pies, cookies, and lunch items. The only item limited to same-day orders ONLY is our Cream Pies, available Friday-Sunday.

Q: What is the best way to reheat my pie?

Q: I came in at 2 o’clock and there was no Cherry Pie left. What gives?

A: We make all of our baked goods from scratch every single day and sell them on a first-come, first-served basis. This means there is no guaranteed availability and on occasion, we sell out of certain products. Call ahead to ensure we are carrying the flavor you want as our menu does change occasionally due to supply chain shortages.

Q: What are the ingredients in your pies?

A: Well, if we told you it wouldn’t be a secret recipe, would it? We can tell you that all our ingredients are fresh and sourced locally. Wondering about allergens? Our shop does contain tree nuts, peanuts, coconut, wheat/gluten, soy, milk, eggs, and dairy products. To see allergens for specific products, visit our Pie Menu page and click on the individual pie to see allergens.

Q: Do you bake anything fat-free, gluten-free, or vegan?

A: The safety of our customers is our priority. Since fat-free, gluten-free, and vegan are not our specialty, and our facilities do not allow us to ensure a cross-contamination-free environment, we have chosen not to carry those items.

Q: Can you ship me one of your delicious pies?

A: At this time we do not offer any shipping or delivery options. It is something we hope to eventually grow into as we continue to expand our company.

Q: What is the best way to store my pie?

Q: Can I just walk in to get a pie for Thanksgiving & Christmas?

A: No, all of our Thanksgiving and Christmas pies are sold by Pre-Order only. On occasion, we do have some First Come, First Served pies available, but those will be announced via our Website Homepage as well as our Instagram and Facebook if they become available. To guarantee a pie during the holidays, we highly recommend pre-ordering via our website when it becomes available. Join our email list to be notified when holiday pre-orders launch.

Q: I don't think my slice of pie is big enough. What's that all about?

A: Due to customer feedback, we increased the size of our pie slices to get 6 slices per 9′′ pie without increasing the price. We feel that’s an exceptional value. Our pies are made with the finest quality ingredients and are handmade daily. We use a pie slicer to ensure all of our pie slices are the same size, no matter who’s cutting them.

Q: I pre-ordered and no longer want my order. Can I cancel?

A: Pre-ordered pies are specially made for your order and baked with love just for you. Therefore, 24-hours notice is required for the cancellation and refund of a pre-order placed directly through our shop. Pre-orders for holidays must be paid for in advance and are not refundable. Refunds are not offered for day-of pre-ordered menu items not picked up or after the scheduled pick-up date. If you want to cancel or change your order, please call the location where you placed your order.

Loyalty Rewards Program

Q: I forgot to enter my phone number to earn my Loyalty Reward Stars. How can I request them?

A: All requests for Loyalty Reward Stars can be submitted via our Online Form. One of our team members will locate your previous purchase and add the Stars to your account

Q: Do my Loyalty Reward Stars expire?

A: Yes, Loyalty Reward Stars expire 12 months from the date they were awarded. To check the status of your stars, visit your account by clicking here.

Q: I received a text message saying my stars are expiring and linking me to the Cash App. Was this a spam message?

A: No, we can assure you it wasn't spam. Square, the website we use to track Loyalty Rewards, sends these messages automatically as a courtesy. You can choose to track your Loyalty Stars using the Cash App, but it's not required. Additionally, you can opt out of future text messages by replying STOP to the text you received.
