Stuff we get asked a lot

I came in at 2 o’clock and there was no Cherry Pie left. What gives?

We make all of our baked goods from scratch every single day and sell them on a first-come, first-served basis. This means there is not guaranteed availability and on occasion we sell out of certain products.  Call ahead to ensure we have the flavor you want and we will be happy to put one aside for you.

What are the ingredients in your pies?

Well, if we told you it wouldn’t be a secret recipe would it? We can tell you that all our ingredients are fresh and sourced locally.

Can you provide pie for my wedding?

We sure can! We do special orders for all kinds of events. Call today to schedule a tasting.

Do you bake anything fat free, gluten free, or vegan?

No, it’s not our specialty and it requires separate equipment, so we have chosen not to carry gluten free or vegan products.

Can you ship me one of your delicious pies?

We opened our new Mountlake Terrace location with the specific intention to offer shipping of our pies. Check back soon to see when it’s available.

Will you ship a cinnamon roll to my Aunt Patty in New Hampshire? Hahaha No!

If you’re a business interested in offering shipped pies as a customer service incentive please email us at snohomishpieco@gmail.com to find out what business services we offer.

Once I get them home, should I refrigerate my pie?

We recommend placing your fruit pie in it’s box or an air-tight container and keeping it at room temperature. Because there’s no preservatives, our pies are best enjoyed within 2-3 days of purchase. You can also freeze your pie for longer term storage.

Cream Pies (including Pumpkin Pie) needs to be refrigerated until it’s ready to serve.

Can I just walk in to get a pie for the holidays?

Yes kinda. A limited number of whole pies will be available for pick up on the holidays on a first come, first served basis. Holiday hours vary from regular business hours, so be sure to check the website or call for details.

I don't think my slice of pie is big enough. What's that all about?

Due to customer feedback we recently increased the size of our pie slices to get 6 slices per 9″ pie without increasing the price. We feel that’s an exceptional value at $4.25. Our pies are made with the finest quality ingredients and hand made daily to be super delicious. Your coffee shop charges more for that fancy latte that only took :30 seconds to make.

Our whole pies are only $22.99 compared to the average price of $25-30 at other local pie shops.

I pre-ordered a pie and no longer want it. Can I cancel?

Pre-ordered pies are specially made for your order and baked with love just for you. Therefore, 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of a regular pre-order for a refund. Pre-orders for holidays must be paid for in advance and are not refundable. Refunds are not offered for day of pre-ordered pies that are not picked up or after the scheduled pick up date. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please call the location where you placed your order.

We don’t offer refunds for pre-orders from our “Specialty Items” menu.
